Vigilance has used Stellar Library since 2015. It was becoming increasingly difficult and expensive to compile and distribute Board papers in hard copy. So we went looking for an effective, cost appropriate, smart solution and we discovered Stellar Library.
Using Stellar Library, we have significantly increased the ease and timeliness of board paper distribution to the Directors, at a much-reduced cost.
Importantly, Directors can read papers as soon as they are uploaded into Stellar Library rather than having to wait until the entire pack arrives. This is much appreciated by the Directors when there is a high number of papers to review.
Its a great improvement on where we were.
